These shoes are so cute!
"These shoes are so cute! I ordered in pink color. They're so comfortable!! I have wide feet but they fit well in my regular size. I would love to get these in the black too.

What's the point of having custom designed shoes if they don't fit? If you receive your shoes and they don't fit please don't wear them, and contact us within 365 days of receiving your order.
We'll have you send the shoes back to us and we'll remake them free of charge. You are only responsible for the one-way return shipping. If you'd prefer you can take the shoes to a shoe repairer in your city and we'll pay to have them adjusted.
Please note that the shoes must be in unworn condition. When requesting your alternative, please put a note on the parcel that order number, order name, reason to exchange, want size..etc
