We always expect satisfaction about your shoes. But if you don't for any reason you are welcome to return your shoes in unworn condition within 365 days of receiving them.
Wrong shoes
Absolutely possible the return caused by manufacture defect or receiving wrong shoes. In case Refund you 100% of the price you paid for your shoes.
Exchange different Style & Return not wrong shoes
But exchanges for a different style may require additional delivery fees. And not manufacture defect please note we will not refund you the cost of delivery to you or the cost of any returns to us.
Of course, all the return of used condition will not be accepted and will be refused.
Exchange shoes that don't fit
What's the point of having custom designed shoes if they don't fit? If you receive your shoes and they don't fit please don't wear them, and contact us within 365 days of receiving your order.
We'll have you send the shoes back to us and we'll remake them free of charge. You are only responsible for the one-way return shipping. If you'd prefer you can take the shoes to a shoe repairer in your city and we'll pay to have them adjusted.
Please note that the shoes must be in unworn condition. When requesting your alternative, please put a note on the parcel that order number, order name, reason to exchange, want size..etc
You are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties in your country.
Returns Address
When you returning the shoes you MUST fill out an appropriate customs form stating `no commercial value - internet returns` otherwise we may be charged import taxes to recieve you shoes back from you and this may not be recoverable by us
